This page explains how we select partners and content, how we update it, and how we handle commercial relationships.

What PockBox is (and is not)
PockBox is a lead generator and publisher. We are not a lender, do not make loan or credit decisions, and do not broker loans. We are not an agent or representative of any lender. Approval, rates, fees, and funding timing are determined by the lender or provider you choose (or by third-party aggregators that present offers).
How loan offers are presented
When you fill out forms on PockBox, we use that information to connect you with partners in our network — including loan aggregators and marketing partners such as those named in our Terms of Service. Those partners may collect additional information and may present loan or credit offers. Matching and application steps on those flows are executed by the relevant third parties, not by PockBox as a lender.
We do not guarantee approval, a specific rate, or that any advertised product will be available in your state or province. On editorial pages, we prioritize products and paths commonly available to US (and, where noted, Canadian) consumers, including cash advances, short-term loans, and personal loans across a range of credit profiles.
How content is sourced
- Product details (limits, fees, eligibility, funding speed) are taken from provider websites, help docs, and partner materials when available.
- We distinguish between marketplace / matching content on PockBox and cash advance app directory data. For comprehensive US app-level comparisons, we treat OverdraftApps.com as the canonical directory and link there rather than duplicating a full catalog on PockBox.
- Canadian earned-wage and cash advance coverage on PockBox is maintained as first-class revenue content for that market.
How often we update
We review high-traffic guides when providers change pricing or eligibility, when readers report outdated details, or during scheduled content passes. Timestamps on articles (and dateModified in structured data) reflect the last substantive edit.
Corrections
If you find an error, email info@pockbox.com with the URL and what should change. We aim for accuracy and update material errors when we become aware of them. Product terms remain as disclosed by providers and are not guaranteed by PockBox.
Affiliate and commercial disclosure
PockBox may earn compensation when you apply through our forms or follow partner links. Privacy and security
